Healthy Writers Club: Can I Log Blogoverse Miles?

Thanks for hosting, Shallee McArthur!

I'm still not quite back in the groove of moving, yet. But I'm doing several small walks per day.

But I'm doing better!

Here are my stats, according to my fitfit.

Steps: 30,539

Miles: 12.56

Sedentary: 87.8%

I seem to recall my sedentariness was at 94% last week, so I'm improving. I've been all over the blogoverse, visiting all my host sites for my new book release. If I could just log those miles, I'd be doing good.

How'd you all do this week?

Thanks for introducing me to the club. Looks like you've improved over last week. Hope the book tour is going well.

If I could count blog comments and emails, my words counts would be high. But alas, those things don't count for word count and exercise. lol

Good job your improvement, Gwen. :D

I'm doing all right, but you read about that yesterday. Even worked out with a headache that pushed me too close to migraine. Started seeing the halo. Pushed through and glad I did.

Miranda, you're welcome. I hope you can join. Belonging to the club keeps "Moving" in the forefront of my mind.

Stina, dang it! I was hoping to use word count:)

Alex, I am improving!

Joshua, I know you're working way harder than I am!

Improvement is improvement, give yourself a big pat on the back! I need to start tracking my sedentary, because I know I'm on the computer way too much!!

Go you! Take that improvement and... run with it...so to speak!

You're getting there.

I started out strong, but now I'm like: Yikes! I'm running out of time, already. Busy weekend and I'm trying to squeeze in a writing group meeting, a wedding, shopping for an outfit and doing some writing and doing my exercise.

eek,

J.A., I'm in front on my computer ALL DAY LONG! But I'm starting to do short walks throughout the day. Anything helps:)

Julie, LOL! Yes, "so to speak."

Deborah, that was a hefty pace you started out at. But life is always going to get in the way of best laid plans:)

That's not bad. I ran six miles over a week ago and have barely done anything since.

Great job! I've not done so well. I was about to start participating in the healthy writers club as I'd begun exercising, and then I became sick. And have been sick. Hopefully I will be posting alongside you soon enough!

Joyce, 6 miles is great!

LisaAnn, thanks - I'll be by to see how you did really soon.

Caitlin, you're the second person in the group who came down sick. It will pass. Hope you're feeling better:)
