I don't know who to credit for this photo(s), but I think it's pretty well traveled around the internet, so I'm going to post it here.
It's such a fitting photo. Running feels good, especially when you just start out. You feel like an athlete, like you can run forever. You're in the groove.
But all too soon, the runner's high wears off. You sweat and droop and drag. That's when I'm pretty sure I look like the little girl in the photo, only she's way cuter.

I look pretty bad after a run, but I feel good.
I can't wait to start running again. Walking just isn't the same. :(
